Dr. Singh is serving as the Director of Enerzinx India Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, he served as consultant with Enerzinx, LLC, USA. His focus area is power system analytics involving solar, wind, storage, and hybrid systems. His recent engagements pertain to the design, modelling, and analytics for renewable systems. He is actively involved in grid interconnection feasibility studies of large scale solar and wind systems globally. In the power system analytics area, he has wide experience in modelling of renewable system using analytical tools such as, Siemen's PSS/E, GE Positive Sequence Load Flow (GE-PSLF), PSCAD and MATLAB/Simulink. Most recently, he has been responsible for utility scale feasibility studies for various US independent system operators, including CAISO, PJM, NYISO, and ERCOT. Dr. Singh also brings in rich experience of over 13 years in teaching & research. Specific research areas are Power Systems Analytics, Signal Processing, Non-linear Dynamics, and Control Systems. During his academic career, he has taught serval graduate and under graduate level courses. In addition, he has supervised number of graduate students’ research in the fields of power systems, control systems and nonlinear dynamics. His research focused on non-linear signal processing techniques derived from information theory concepts like approximate entropy and sample entropy. He developed new methods to analyze complex signals originating from human cardiovascular system. Dr. Singh has been actively engaged in state-of-the-art signal processing techniques applied to analyze power quality viz., harmonic studies, fault analysis, dynamic studies.
